We are looking for a fun-loving, dinosaur-obsessed, big-hearted (do you know some dinosaurs can have up to 8 hearts?!) centre administrator to join our team and keep all the dinosaurs in check.
Your responsibilities:
- General reception duties
- Answering phone calls
- Handling and responding to enquiries in a timely fashion
- Scheduling of cases for the centre
- Handle general therapy/school related administrative duties
- Help with opening/closing of the centre/getting the centre ready each day and other regular operations needs
- Provide administrative support and update records
- Ad hoc administrative/operations duties as allocated
..and if you fit the following Rawr-quirements:
- At least N/O levels qualifications or equivalent
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Good customer service skills
- Able to thrive in an operations role
- Min 1 year of work experience in a similar administrative role/customer service
- Customer-service oriented, a plus if you enjoy interacting with children
- Compassionate and patient
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
