About the Role

Ayliarich Express Sdn Bhd is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s full set of accounts, preparing monthly financial reports, handling e-Invoice, and coordinating audit and tax matters.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who is able to work independently and manage day-to-day accounting operations efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Ensure all accounting transactions are accurately recorded and properly maintained
• Handle e-Invoice preparation and related accounting matters
• Assist with audit and tax submissions
• Prepare supporting documents and schedules for auditors and tax agents
• Monitor accounting records and ensure timely month-end closing
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in full set accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Familiar with audit, taxation and e-Invoice processes
• Experience preparing monthly financial reports and accounting reports
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to liaise effectively with tax agents, company secretaries, auditors and other external parties
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
