Technical Assistant Production
Location: Bukit Beruntung

• Report directly to the Operations Manager.
• Plan and control production activities for raw materials, child parts, masterbatch, secondary processes, and recycled materials.
• Ensure all employees in the Production Planning & Execution (PPE) Department comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations while working towards achieving production targets, reducing downtime, and minimizing product rejects.
• Supervise and control molds sent to subcontractors or external companies for maintenance, repair, or production purposes.
• Prepare and manage machine capacity planning to optimize production efficiency.
• Monitor and supervise products outsourced to subcontractors and external suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules and assembly processes to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor and control company inventory, including storage systems, packaging activities, and related warehouse operations.
• Assist the Head of Department in implementing cost reduction initiatives and productivity improvement programs.
• Comply with and execute departmental activities and directives aimed at achieving high productivity through manufacturing excellence, while ensuring accurate production planning and on-time delivery.
• Ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) is effectively implemented, maintained, and continuously improved.
• Comply with all procedures, work instructions, and requirements outlined in the IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and the company's Focus, Promise, and SCP Systems.
• Ensure all subordinates practice and maintain 5S workplace organization standards.
• Actively participate in quality and continuous improvement initiatives, including APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), PQCM, Kaizen, and other Continuous Improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in production or manufacturing is an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of production processes, machinery, equipment, and manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with production planning, quality control, and workplace safety practices is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to assist in monitoring production activities and ensuring production targets are met.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Willing to work in a production environment and support overtime or shift work when required.
• Willing to travel when required.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
