Key Responsibilities

• Attend to patients at the front counter and provide friendly, professional service.
• Register patients, verify patient particulars and manage appointments.
• Handle phone calls, enquiries and appointment bookings.
• Assist doctors and nurses with daily clinic operations.
• Prepare consultation rooms and ensure they are clean, tidy and adequately stocked.
• Assist with patient flow and ensure smooth movement of patients throughout the clinic.
• Perform basic administrative duties, including data entry, filing and documentation.
• Assist with billing, payments and insurance/corporate claims when required.
• Assist with medication collection/dispensing under the supervision of the clinic team.
• Monitor and replenish clinic supplies and assist with stock-taking.
• Maintain proper handling and storage of clinic supplies and equipment.
• Assist with health screening, vaccinations and other clinic procedures where required.
• Follow clinic SOPs, infection-control practices and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and handle patient information appropriately.
• Support the team with other ad-hoc clinic duties when required

Pay: From $2,200.00 per month
