Job Summary

• Provide recommendation on simplification and efficiency improvement.
• Deliver a high-quality performance in terms of accuracy, turnaround time and productivity.
• Support tasks migrated from CCPL
• Support transaction processing activities
• Handle customers‘enquiries / complaints if required.
• Monitor hubs’ performance & provide guidance to hub centres.
• Handle irregular cases and special duties assigned by manager.
• Provide support to financial processing activities.
• Provide MIS statistical report on job volume for management review.
• Take relief duties if required

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving & project management skill
• A good overall knowledge in terms of banking practice and theory
• Good knowledge in MI / reporting
• Ability to handle customers in an efficient and a helpful manner.
