Job Responsibilities:

• Promote products to customers through various channels, both online and in-person.
• Explain products to customers, providing detailed information to help them make informed decisions.
• Drive product sales through effective marketing strategies.
• Assist customers by providing product information, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders and collections.
• Take and edit customer photos for social media posts and promotional content.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Words).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• A proactive approach with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
