Financial Management :

Manage and oversee the full accounting function for multiple companies.

Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements.

Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting records.

Maintain the General Ledger and Chart of Accounts.

Ensure compliance with MFRS and company accounting policies.

Financial Reporting & Analysis :

Prepare monthly management reports with variance analysis.

Analyze business performance, profitability, and cost trends.

Prepare financial dashboards and KPI reports for management.

Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.

Budgeting & Cash Flow :

Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.

Monitor departmental budget performance.

Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.

Manage working capital, liquidity, and financing requirements.

Monitor capital expenditure and investment performance.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance :

Prepare and review CP204 tax estimates and revisions.

Coordinate corporate income tax submissions with tax agents.

Prepare SST returns (if applicable).

Ensure compliance with LHDN, Companies Act 2016, and other statutory requirements.

Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, company secretary, banks, and government authorities.

Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable :

Review customer credit limits and collection performance.

Monitor debtor aging and overdue accounts.

Review supplier payments and cash disbursements.

Ensure timely payment to suppliers and statutory bodies.

Inventory & Cost Accounting :

Monitor inventory valuation and costing.

Review landed costs for imported machines and spare parts.

Monitor inventory movements and stock reconciliation.

Analyze gross profit margins and inventory turnover.

Internal Control & Risk Management :

Establish and improve internal control procedures.

Ensure compliance with company financial policies.

Conduct periodic financial and operational reviews.

Minimize financial risks and strengthen governance.

Audit & Corporate Matters :

Coordinate year-end audit activities.

Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.

Assist with due diligence, financing applications, and investment projects.

Support mergers, acquisitions, or new business ventures where applicable.

Leadership :

Supervise the Accounts Executive and finance team.

Train and mentor finance staff.

Allocate work and monitor team performance.

Drive continuous process improvements through automation and best practices.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
