Who You Are (Job Requirements):

• Basic Experience: You have 1 to 2 years of basic accounting or finance administration experience. (Fresh graduates with an Accounting Diploma or LCCI certification are also encouraged to apply!)
• Tech-Friendly: You are comfortable using Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and formatting) and have some exposure to accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL, Xero, or QuickBooks).
• Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for numbers and take pride in ensuring your work is accurate and error-free.
• Organized & Reliable: You know how to manage your time, organize paperwork, and meet basic deadlines.
• Good Communicator: You can communicate clearly with vendors and internal team members regarding basic payment or invoice queries.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately input financial data, invoices, and receipts into the accounting system to ensure all records are up to date.
• Invoicing & Billing: Assist in issuing invoices to clients, tracking payments, and following up on basic outstanding accounts (Accounts Receivable).
• Process Payments: Help prepare payment vouchers and process incoming vendor bills (Accounts Payable).
• Reconciliation & Petty Cash: Assist with basic bank reconciliations and manage the daily petty cash claims and disbursements.
• Administrative Support: Organize and file physical and digital financial documents, ensuring everything is easy to find for audits or month-end closing.
• Team Collaboration: Support the senior accounting team with ad-hoc reporting and general administrative duties as needed.
