Job Description/Responsibility:

• Manage the Landlord's commercial property company
• Handle tenants' affairs, including renewal of tenancy agreements
• Market vacant units to prospective new tenants
• Oversee day-to-day property management matters

Requirements:

• Holder of "S" (Salesperson) or "E" (Estate Agent) real estate licence preferred
• Form 5 or above, fluent English and Cantonese.
• Experienced candidates welcome; fresh entrants to the industry also considered
• Some building maintenance knowledge is an advantage
• Open to both younger and older age groups
