Job Summary:We are seeking an articulate, polished, and client-centric Personal Shopper & Client Advisor to join our luxury atelier team. In this role, you will act as a trusted personal stylist and brand ambassador, delivering high-touch, hyper-personalized styling services and building long-term relationships with our private clientele. You will manage personal wardrobe consultations, styling appointments, and bespoke fittings, ensuring an exceptional end-to-end luxury experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship & Portfolio Management: Build, cultivate, and retain a high-value private client portfolio through proactive outreach, personal styling appointments, and dedicated relationship management.

• Personalized Styling & Image Consulting: Conduct one-on-one styling consultations to understand client preferences, lifestyle needs, and personal aesthetics; provide expert guidance on bespoke suiting, luxury fabrics, wardrobing, and accessories.

• Bespoke Fitting & Atelier Coordination: Collaborate closely with master tailors and fitters to coordinate client measurements, fitting schedules, and garment adjustments, ensuring impeccable garment quality and client satisfaction.

• End-to-End Private Shopping Experience: Curate private shopping experiences both in-atelier and via private/out-of-office appointments, handling inquiries, wardrobe styling packages, and post-purchase follow-ups.

• Clienteling & VIP Loyalty: Utilize client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track preferences, milestones, and purchasing history; conceptualize exclusive private viewings and client appreciation initiatives.

• Inventory & Visual Standards: Ensure the atelier maintains pristine luxury visual merchandising standards and coordinate raw material/fabric sample presentations seamlessly.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Hospitality, Luxury Retail, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of personal shopping, luxury clienteling, high-end retail, or VIP hospitality experience (experience in bespoke menswear, fine tailoring, or luxury goods is a strong advantage).

• Deep appreciation for craftsmanship, luxury fabrics, tailoring etiquette, and personal styling.

• Polished presentation with outstanding interpersonal, active listening, and communication skills.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets while building genuine, long-term client relationships.

• Highly self-motivated, discreet, and adaptable with strong organizational abilities.
