Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
Design, deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure and services, primarily across AWS and other major cloud platforms.
Support cloud architecture, networking, compute, storage, IAM, monitoring, backup, and performance optimisation.
Assist customers with cloud onboarding, migration, deployment, configuration, and technical troubleshooting.
Work with customers to understand technical requirements and translate them into practical cloud solutions.
Support the implementation and optimisation of Cloudflare and related edge-network, security, and performance solutions.
Perform basic cloud security and configuration reviews, identify misconfigurations or risks, and recommend remediation actions.
Collaborate with internal teams, technology partners, and external vendors on solution design, implementation, and service delivery.
Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and customer-facing technical materials.
Investigate and resolve infrastructure, connectivity, performance, and configuration issues in a structured and timely manner.
Keep up to date with developments across cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and partner technologies.
