Overview
A leading logistics and supply chain organization is seeking an experienced Process Innovation Manager to drive operational excellence across warehousing and logistics operations. This individual contributor role will focus on process optimization, quality improvement, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows and identify efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Support the adoption of automation, analytics, and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to meet quality and service expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or operational excellence.
• Strong background in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Practical experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Proven track record of driving measurable process improvements.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and Korean.
