About Opportunity

Cake Recruitment Consulting is representing a leading EPC contractor delivering large-scale semiconductor fabrication projects, looking for an HVAC Leader to own precision HVAC design execution and commissioning on a major wafer fab project spanning Singapore and Malaysia.

You will lead the central plant and precision climate-control scope critical to fab process stability from chiller plant execution through to TAB balancing and energy-efficiency compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversee central chiller plants, cooling towers, and secondary pump systems for the fab facility.

Direct precision temperature and humidity control (±0.5C / ±3% RH) for MAU/AHU/DCC systems.

Supervise ductwork air-leakage testing and piping hydrostatic testing and flushing.

Lead Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) across the full HVAC system.

Drive compliance with Green Mark/GBI energy-efficiency (kW/RT) targets.

Qualifications

What We Look For

8+ years of experience in large-scale fab or high-tech facility HVAC engineering.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or HVAC/Refrigeration Engineering, or above.

Strong command of precision temperature/humidity control systems and hydronic balancing.

Professional licensure a plus: PE (Mechanical); BCA Green Mark Manager or GBI Facilitator preferred.

Good working proficiency in both English and Mandarin (not must have).

Willing to relocate to Singapore or Malaysia
