Job Description

Responsibilities

.NET Developer

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Level: L2 Application Support / Development


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 support for .NET applications and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET and Web APIs.
  • Analyze application logs, identify root causes, and resolve recurring issues.
  • Work with SQL Server for queries, data validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Support deployments, testing, bug fixes, and application performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with L1/L3 teams and business users to resolve incidents within SLA.

Requirements:

  • 3–8 years of hands-on .NET development/application support experience.
  • Strong C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET/Web API and SQL Server skills.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, debugging, and production support.
  • Experience with ITIL/incident management and ticketing tools is a plus.
