Responsibilities
- RESPONSIBILITIES :
Screening and order entry of prescriptions/drug charts.
Confirmation with doctors in the event of illegible handwriting, dosage/frequency/duration error or drug not available
To conduct monthly ward check and pharmacy stock check.
To provide patient counselling when required.
To restock drugs in pharmacy, wards and units and inform Pharmacist In Charge of unavailability of drugs.
To prepare external solutions and disinfectants for ward/clinics.
- REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of Diploma in Pharmacy.
Experience required: 1 year and above.
Ability to check and detect errors during dispensing of medications..
Pay: From RM2,550.00 per month
Work Location: In person
