Job Description:
1. Perform teaching duties and manage parents

2. Independently manage and teach children betweenthe ages of 3 and 12

• Promote critical thinking of students
• Provide constructive feedback to parents after every lesson
• Marking of assessment books
• Attending to phone calls and walk-ins

3. Provide co-management, relevant admin andteaching duties

• Book Order
• Preparation of payment notices and receipts toparents
• Attendance recording
• Handling the rewards system

4. Co-lead in centre events and other marketing andexpansion events

5. Lead in improving administrative functions andsystems to help centre reach highest standard of operation

6. Other ad hoc duties as assigned (includingadmin, marketing and expansion related duties)

Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma in related fields

2. Teaching experience in Primary level Mathematicsis a plus

3. Passionate about children and teaching

4. Open to working with children with mild learningneeds

5. Able to manage a class of 6 to 10 students

6. Good communication skills with parents andstudents

7. Able to work on weekends

Working hours:
Mon – Thur 12.45pm – 7.45pm

Sun 9.45am – 5.30pm

Salary: $2,500

Probation: 6 months

Providing tuition in Math and building on child's foundation, MOE syllabus and critical and creative thinking skills through facilitative teaching methodology using MPM Math.
