Responsibilities
Duties:
- To be customer’s main point of contact with regards to enquiries, new orders, complaints, etc
- Processing of order entry and attending to customer’s requirements
- Coordinate job schedule
- Input sales data / sales order into ERP System
- Communicate with customers regarding order status & delivery status
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
- Ensure On-Time-Delivery of parts to customers are met
- Prepare quotation
- Other duties assigned
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or any other related fields of study
- Strong communication skills
- Meticulous and Detailed Oriented
