Jobs Responsibilities

• Handle customer and financial representative enquiries through Live Chat, email and other digital service channels, providing accurate and timely assistance.
• Support enquiries relating to insurance policies, servicing requests and claims, including providing updates on processes, requirements and case status.
• Manage customer concerns, complaints, appeals and escalated cases; coordinate appropriate follow-up through to resolution.
• Liaise with internal teams, including Claims and Operations, to investigate enquiries, resolve complex cases and meet service commitments.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions, service requests and follow-up actions in CRM and operational systems.
• Contribute to service improvements, process reviews and departmental initiatives, including system enhancements and UAT where required.

Job Requirements

• Prior insurance industry experience or professional insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI will be advantageous
