Responsibilities

**Job Overview: **Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, andadministrative processes for the outlet.

**Responsibilities: **

  • Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new staff
  • Maintain employee records and attendance/payroll data
  • Support employee relations and disciplinary matters
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations
  • Assist with staff scheduling and welfare initiatives
**Requirements: **

  • Prior HR/admin experience preferred
