About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Data Scientist to support AI-driven business transformation, advanced analytics, automation, and intelligent data solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Generative AI expertise, with hands-on experience in Python, SQL, Power BI, Databricks, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.

Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations.

Build analytics and automation solutions using Python, SQL, and Databricks.

Develop AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering.

Work with structured and unstructured enterprise data.

Develop and implement AI/ML proof-of-concepts and production solutions.

Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems and databases.

Perform data quality, validation, and governance activities.

Evaluate and optimize AI solution performance.

Collaborate with business, IT, engineering, and technical stakeholders.

Present technical findings and business insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Drive projects independently from concept through implementation.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.

5+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, Data Analytics, or related fields.

Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.

Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, and data modeling.

Hands-on experience with Databricks.

Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering.

Experience working with multiple enterprise data sources and systems.

Strong analytical and statistical skills.

Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.

Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams.
