中國移動 Hiring! Full Time Assistant Human Resources Manager (HRBP) in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

In this position, you will:

• Act as Business Partner role to provide professional HR advice and service to line manager.
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to salary negotiation and offering.
• Work closely with division managers on ER issues, employee communications, manpower planning, employee career development and performance management.
• Drive innovation in HR programs and streamline internal procedures to achieve business efficiency.
• Compile HR analytical reports on a regular basis for management review.
• Participate in HR projects and programs as assigned.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or business partner in sizable companies, preferably from Telecom / ICT industry
• Well versed of HK employment ordinances
• Well organized, self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking skill, with high sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS application, knowledge in using Talent Acquisition Tracking System & IPL is an advantage
