Responsibilities

Job Description

Support employee wellbeing and efficient workplace operations by coordinating wellness programmes, pantry and office supplies, vendors, contracts and related administrative activities. Work with internal stakeholders and service providers to maintain service quality, cost control and compliance.


  • Manage pantry services and office supplies, including inventory, replenishment, inspections and issue resolution.
  • Administer service contracts, monitor vendor performance and coordinate corrective actions and renewals.
  • Track service usage, expenditure and performance indicators; prepare reports and recommend improvements.
  • Verify invoices, process payments and support budgeting, accruals, purchase order reviews and user access management exercises.
  • Support Workplace Safety and Health governance, including incident follow-up, risk assessment appointments, training records and documentation.
  • Maintain operational guidelines and records, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service quality, accessibility, confidentiality and policy compliance.
  • Coordinate employee wellness programmes, peer-support activities and other related events.
  • Support other workplace services projects and duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Human Resource Management, Hospitality, Workplace Management or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in workplace services, facilities operations, employee wellbeing, office administration or vendor management;
  • Experience in contract administration, service-level monitoring, procurement, invoice processing and budget tracking.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on issues.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and customer-service skills.
  • Working knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health requirements and sound judgement when handling confidential information would be advantageous.
