BE International Marketing Hiring! Full Time Digital Marketing Executive in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Main Responsibilities

• Campaigns and strategy: Help plan and run digital campaigns (social, search, website) for product, brand, promotional, and corporate purposes.
• Social media: Run Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This includes content calendars, posting, replying to comments and messages, and growing reach and followers.
• Content creation: Make posts, short videos, articles, and visuals using Canva, CapCut, and similar tools.
• Paid ads: Assist with Google Ads and social media ads, tracking budgets, targeting, and performance, then optimising.
• SEO and website: Basic on-page and off-page SEO, keeping website content current, and improving user experience. Basic HTML and CMS knowledge is a bonus.
• Analytics and reporting: Track performance (GA4 and other tools), prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements.
• Social listening: Monitor brand mentions, sentiment, trends, and competitors.
• Events and on-camera work: Support events, launches, and livestreams, and be willing to emcee, host live, or present on camera.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors while juggling multiple deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO, GA4, and social ad platforms
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut (or similar)
• Strong communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Comfortable on camera, hosting livestreams, or emceeing
• Able to work both independently and with teams
• Advantage: experience in direct selling, FMCG, beauty, health and wellness, retail, or consumer brands

Logistics

• Location: Bukit Jalil
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm
• Flexibility: Expected to work weekends and after hours when business needs require, and to travel for events and launches
