• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and Oil & Gas positions, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
• Source and identify suitable technical candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, databases and other relevant sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on technical qualifications, relevant experience, competencies, availability, salary expectations and other job requirements.
• Support recruitment for various technical positions including Oil & Gas, Offshore, Marine, Geophysical, Geomatics, Engineering, HSE and other project-related roles.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements, technical competencies, project requirements and manpower needs.
• Review and assess candidates’ CVs against approved job descriptions and technical requirements before submission to Hiring Managers.
• Coordinate and manage candidate interviews, assessments and other selection activities with Hiring Managers and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Manage candidate pipeline and recruitment progress, including interview status, availability, salary expectations, notice period and offer status.
• Build, maintain and continuously update a strong technical talent pool for current and future recruitment requirements.
• Proactively engage with passive candidates and develop relationships with experienced technical professionals within the Oil & Gas and related industries.
• Support urgent and project-based manpower requirements, including offshore and field personnel recruitment.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and documentation, including relevant qualifications, certifications, offshore medical fitness and other role-specific requirements where applicable.
• Work closely with HR, Operations, Crewing and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment and deployment of technical personnel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, candidate profiles and talent pool databases.
• Prepare recruitment updates and reports on candidate pipelines, vacancies, recruitment progress and hiring status.
• Monitor recruitment market trends, talent availability and sourcing channels to support effective technical recruitment strategies.
• Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, career fairs and other talent acquisition initiatives when required.
• Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with Company policies, procedures and applicable employment requirements.

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
