Data Center Specialists (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support the day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the Company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily finance and accounting tasks.
• Prepare and issue finance-related documents.
• Assist in processing payments and maintaining payment records.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Follow up on outstanding payments when required.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and transaction records.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Perform data entry and update accounting records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on finance-related matters.
• Support the Finance Executive in daily operations and month-end matters.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in finance/accounting will be an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
