• Support the Head of Leasing in planning and implementing the tenancy mix in the retail mall.
• To source for new and suitable tenants with good retail concept for retail space in line with the tenant mix planning, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
• Handle leasing enquiries and make necessary recommendation of retail space to prospects.
• Conduct market research on shopping centre in order to keep abreast with retail Property Developments in the market.
• Engagement opportunities with international brands.
• Undertake any other assignments as and when required from time to time.

Requirements:

• At least three (2) years of working experience in retail leasing of shopping mall property.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma qualification.
• Fresh Grads are welcome to apply.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
