Job Description

Responsibilities

Join a Law Firm on the Rise

Tanglin Law LLC is a modern Singapore law firm undergoing an exciting period of growth and transformation. We advise clients ranging from businesses and charities to institutions and individuals on legal, regulatory, governance, employment, and dispute-related matters.

Behind every successful professional services firm is a strong operations team. As we expand, we are looking for a capable and motivated Finance, HR & Office Executive to help build and support the foundation of our business.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a rare opportunity for an early-career professional to gain broad exposure across finance, people operations, and business administration within a growing law firm. Rather than being confined to a single function, you will work across multiple aspects of the firm's operations, collaborate closely with senior leadership, and play a meaningful role in helping the firm achieve its long-term ambitions.

We believe great work happens when talented people are trusted, supported, and given opportunities to grow. If you are organised, proactive, eager to learn, and looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact, we would love to meet you.
