- Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments
- Follow up on delivery schedules and order status
- Handle basic documentation and administrative work
- Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Customer service / coordination experience preferred
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Company transport provided — Jurong, CCK, Woodlands, Yew Tee & nearby areas
