Responsibilities
1) Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone and walk-ins
- Communicate with customers in English/Bahasa Malaysia
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Coordinate site measurement appointments
- Follow up with customers on quotations and sales enquiries
- Maintain customer records and follow-up status
- Coordinate with sales, purchasing and installation teams
- Assist with order confirmation and customer updates
- Handle basic after-sales enquiries and coordinate with relevant team members
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
- Assist in achieving sales targets where applicable
2) Expectations
- Friendly and confident when communicating with customers
- Able to respond promptly to enquiries
- Good follow-up skills — don't wait for customers to chase you
- Able to understand customer needs and explain products clearly
- Comfortable handling several customers/tasks at the same time
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
- Able to work independently after training
- Customer-oriented and solution-focused
3)Must Have
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic computer applications
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Willing to learn about aluminium doors, windows and related products
- Positive attitude and responsible working style
- Sales/customer service experience is an advantage
4) Preferred
- 1–2 years of sales/customer service experience
- Experience in renovation, construction, aluminium, windows, doors or building materials
- Experience preparing quotations
- Comfortable dealing with homeowners, contractors or designers
- Possess own transport / willing to travel for occasional site visits
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Work Location: In person
