Job Title

Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Generating leads and cold calling to obtain appointments with potential advertisers
• Effectively managing existing client relationships to retain revenue
• Identifying up sell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue
• Manage the entire sales cycle: Proactively managing the customer experience and issue resolution process, achieving set revenue goals and KPIs
• Prepare detailed proposals with accurate quotes and timelines based on customer requirements.
• Brief internal teams on project scope once secured and communicate revenue reports to management.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Wix and Wordpress is a bonus
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn
• A hunter mentality and a ‘no fear’ approach to cold calling
• Experience in telesales and ideally solution based selling (face-to-face sales experience desirable)
• A proven track record in sales
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Impeccable communication and presentation skill
• Minimum Qualification Level : Local diploma and above

• Monday to Friday, 10:30 - 5:30 pm (Full-time)
