Job Description :

• Proactively plan and execute regular sales calls and visits to identify potential clients, establish professional relationships, and follow up on needs to close business deals.
• Conduct in-depth market research and gather intelligence to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain an accurate database of strategic networks and alliances within the industry.
• Research, identify, and analyze customer requirements, including product applications, service expectations, buying cycles, delivery schedules, and pricing structures. Use this information to secure and enhance business opportunities and identify potential clients.
• Provide both pre- and post-sales services to ensure strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Participate in client events and organize networking opportunities to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Promote a positive image and reputation of the company to clients and industry stakeholders.
• Directly report to the Business and Product Manager.
• Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Science , Food Technology or any related may apply.
• 1 to 2 years working experience in Business Development in F& B industry or related working experience.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and customer relation management with high proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Strong analytical skills and able to evaluate, form logical conclusions and reason with facts.
• Good in IT skills.
• Good work attitude, flexible, able to work independently and willing to take on challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
