As an Assistant Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering impactful projects and developing your career in a dynamic consultancy environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to meaningful projects – Support the delivery of consulting services and engineering solutions by applying clear strategies and showing proactive commitment.
- Ensuring quality outcomes – Assist engineers and project management teams in monitoring operations, helping to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
- Driving innovation – Engage with digital engineering tools and sustainable design approaches to meet the evolving needs of the market.
- Developing technical expertise – Prepare reports, analyses and design documents under supervision.
- Collaborating across teams – Work closely with multidisciplinary stakeholders, learning how to communicate effectively and contribute to smooth project execution.
Requirements:

- Recent graduate or final-year student of a Bachelor’s degree programme or above in relevant discipline(s), including Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Environmental, Building Services, Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of business and engineering software and applications.
- Preferably with internship experience in related field but not mandatory.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
