Job Purpose
To manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative operations, including recruitment, attendance, payroll support, employee records, compliance, and ISO documentation, with a focus on supporting project operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Compile payroll data, including attendance, overtime, allowances, claims, and unpaid leave.
- Monitor leave applications, medical certificates, attendance, and disciplinary matters.
- Prepare and maintain ISO 9001 documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions, and related records.
- Liaise with government authorities and relevant agencies on CIDB, licensing, fire extinguisher servicing, and other regulatory matters.
- Maintain proper records of company assets, properties, and vehicles.
- Coordinate employee training, performance appraisal, and staff development activities.
- Ensure proper filing and record keeping for HR and project-related documentation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee, payroll, and company information.
- Perform other HR, administrative, and ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of Human Resources & Administration experience, preferably in a project-based, construction, engineering, or M&E environment.
- Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR documentation.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
