Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the business.
Develop and implement business strategies to support growth and achieve company goals.
Lead, motivate, and manage the team to maintain a positive and high-performing work environment.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Monitor business performance, budgets, and key operational matters.
Work closely with management and team members to improve processes and efficiency.
Ensure the business operates in line with company policies and relevant regulations.
Represent the company in meetings, business events, and other external engagements when required.
Make sound business decisions and provide recommendations to support the company’s growth.
Take on other responsibilities as required by the company.
Requirements
Degree or relevant professional qualification.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good business sense with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
