  • Coordinate port calls, berth arrangements, agency appointments, terminal requirements and other operational formalities.
  • Manage bunker requirements and coordinate procurement, delivery schedules and supply arrangements with relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate voyage records and documentation, including vessel schedules, port calls, operational updates and supporting claims documents.
  • Update voyage and operational information in shipping systems such as Veson IMOS and prepare relevant voyage reports.
  • Identify and escalate operational, commercial and regulatory risks, ensuring compliance with applicable sanctions, trade requirements, company policies and charterparty obligations.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience in tanker operations, shipping operations, post-fixture, vessel operations or marine logistics.

  • Familiarity with voyage instructions, bunker planning, shipping documentation and charterparty operational terms such as laycan, NOR, laytime, demurrage, off-hire and deviation.
  • Experience coordinating with vessel Masters, shipowners, charterers, terminals, agents and other maritime stakeholders.
  • Experience with Veson IMOS or other shipping/ETRM systems would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage time-sensitive operational matters.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to urgent operational matters outside normal office hours when required.
