Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage the clinic's social media platforms, including content planning, copywriting, and community engagement.
• Create marketing materials such as posters, brochures, videos, and digital content.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, health awareness events, and community outreach programmes.
• Maintain and update the clinic's website and digital platforms.
• Work closely with clinic management to develop marketing strategies that increase patient awareness and clinic visits.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with external vendors, designers, printers, and advertising agencies when required.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with relevant healthcare advertising guidelines and company branding standards.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Meta Ads and Google Ads, is an advantage.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools are preferred.
• Creative, organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and project coordination skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
