Working shift schedule:

• 7am to 4pm
• 8am to 5pm
• 9am to 6pm

Off on Sunday

Job responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle room reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries
• Provide professional customer service and assist with guests’ requests
• Manage front desk operations and maintain accurate guest records
• Handle payments, deposits, and billing processes
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments when necessary
• Assist in upselling hotel rooms or additional services

Requirements:

• SPM and above
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
