Responsibilities
We are located within Harbour City in the heart of the commercial, shopping and entertainment district, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. We invite applications for the following position:
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the operations and administration of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas consistently meet established brand and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments, as well as outside contractors to ensure seamless hotel operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Handle guest feedback and service recovery matters promptly and professionally.
Oversee manpower planning, scheduling, productivity, and attendance management to ensure operational efficiency.
Drive colleague engagement and training to enhance service quality and team capabilities.
Manage departmental budgets, inventory, purchasing, and cost control measures to achieve financial objectives.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Requirements:
Secondary education or above; certification in Housekeeping Management or Hotel Management are preferred.
Minimum 8 years' experience in hotel housekeeping operations, including substantial supervisory or managerial experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
