Architectural CoordinatorJob Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise architectural drawings and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Produce detailed construction drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications and construction details.
• Coordinate Architectural drawings with Structural and M&E drawings to identify clashes or discrepancies.
• Prepare drawing submissions, material submissions and samples for Consultant / Architect approval.
• Raise RFIs for unclear drawings, details or site conditions.
• Coordinate with Architect, Consultants, subcontractors and site team on technical matters.
• Carry out site inspections to ensure works are constructed according to approved drawings.
• Coordinate architectural works including partition, ceiling, tiling, doors, glazing, carpentry, painting and other finishing works.
• Follow up subcontractor progress, manpower, materials and outstanding works.
• Assist in resolving site coordination and technical issues.
• Maintain proper drawing records and ensure the site team is using the latest approved drawings.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings upon project completion.
• Assist with defects inspection, rectification and project handover.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building, Construction or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to prepare construction/shop drawings independently.
• Able to read and understand architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
• Basic knowledge of architectural construction details and finishing works.
• Able to carry out both drawing work and site coordination.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work with Consultants, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Relevant construction/site experience will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Revit / BIM will be an added advantage.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month
