4+ years of experience in
ITSM and ServiceNow/SMoD solutions
Degree/Diploma in
Information Technology
or equivalent
Strong experience with
ServiceNow development and scripting
Hands-on knowledge of
Flow Designer & Workflow Automation
Experience with
Business Rules and Client Scripts
Exposure to
OSS/BSS integrations
Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills
Good understanding of
Telecom Operations
Solid knowledge of
ITIL processes
Ability to translate
business requirements into technical solutions
Experience with
testing, validation, and automation of service delivery tasks
