Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking for an Order Management Associate to join our team in Greenwood / Bayan Lepas, Penang.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor incoming orders and order status
- Monitor stock and inventory records
- Coordinate delivery with 3PL partners
- Identify and resolve operational issues
- Ensure SOP compliance and data accuracy
- Liaise with relevant parties to ensure smooth order and delivery processes
Job Details:
- Location: Greenwood / Bayan Lepas, Penang
- Basic Salary: RM2,500
- Monthly Incentive: Up to RM500
- Annual Bonus: Up to 1 month
- Working Days: 5 days per week
- Contract: 3 months
- Possibility of extension up to 1 year
- Fresh graduates are welcome
