Responsibilities
Job Description:
Overseeand coordinate the day-to-day operations of companyactivities. This includessupervising subcontractors, ensuring work progressaccording to schedule,compliance with safety and quality standards, andassisting with sitemanagement tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of site workers and subcontractors.
Plan daily work activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Monitor site progress and report any delays or issues to the project manager.
Enforce workplace safety and health practices in compliance with MOM regulations.
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to technical specifications and drawings.
Conduct toolbox meetings, site briefings, and daily inspections.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities when required.
Maintain proper documentation, including daily reports, site diaries, and attendance records.
Coordinate deliveries of materials and proper storage on-site.
Assist in resolving technical issues and site conflicts.
