Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager, project team & safety team.
Monitor and update project schedules, manpower records, and other project-related information.
Assist in the preparation and submission of name list & other necessary documents where required.
Assist with material, equipment, and site-related coordination.
Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of project documents and reports.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management or the Project Manager.
Perform site visit whenever needed for follow up.
Knowledge of WSH coordination is preferred.
Transport allowance provided.
Microtac Systems Pte Ltd established in 1997 is a specialist supplier and contractor for raised access floor system. The company is actively participating in major building projects including grade A office building, data centre projects, schools and universities, transportation project such as MRT lines and transportation hubs.
PLQ @ Paya Lebar (office), Data Centre @ Jurong (data centre), Art Science Museum @ MBS (gallery), SUTD @ Changi (university), SLNG Terminal @ Jurong Island are some of completed projects.
In line with the rapid grown data centre infrastructures projects in Singapore, Microtac Systems Pte Ltd is working with our principle to bring in structure ceiling and containment systems to service the industry needs.
Beside the above, we also provide service for rubber and vinyl flooring, entrance floor map, under raised floor thermal insulation system.
