Pre-requisition

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or related field of study
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience
• Experience in event planning/coordination in a corporate environment is preferred.
• Able to work tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment.

JobDescription:

• Plan and execute corporate events, including venue booking, room setup and layout coordination, and arrangement of audio-visual equipment to ensure smooth event operations.
• Coordinate with vendors including caterers, decorators, and transport providers to obtain and evaluate quotations, and finalize delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient event execution.
• Prepare and coordinate event materials,including EDMs, onsite registration, emergency plans, posters, checklist and other event related documents.
• Act as the main point of contact for attendee queries, send invitations, and track RSVPs.
• Provide administrative to process purchase orders, track expenses against set budgets, and handle vendor invoices.
• Provide the on-site event support including managing registration desks, distribute event materials, and resolve day-of issues.
• Create and publish content suchas EDMs, event articles, photos, videos
• Manage the intranet portal content with updates news, announcements, company information.
