Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support the company’s growth and sales targets.
• Build and execute effective business development strategies to secure new projects and clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client requirements, provide timely support, and follow up on business inquiries and opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales-related documentation.
• Manage and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Quotations).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and maintain an updated business pipeline.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
• Experience within the Construction, Electrical, ELV, IT, AV, Telecommunications, or related industries will be an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using common digital and video conferencing tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel for client meetings when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
