Assist with taking orders and serving food & drinks accurately and efficiently
Recommend menu items and upsell daily specials
Manage reservations and handle payments smoothly
Keep the outlet clean, organised, and always guest-ready
Support events, promotions, and daily operations
Assist with basic inventory and adhere to hygiene standards
Handle guest feedback professionally and step in to support where needed
