Responsibilities
Ensure smooth running of sites’ operation as assigned
Prepare periodic schedules for sites as assigned
Scheduling of daily site visits to respective clients’ premises
Handle enquiries and feedback from clients
Provide regular updates of clients’ feedback and requirements to Operations Director
Conduct ad hoc checks on sites to ensure cleaning team comply to SOP and safety requirements
At least 2 years of experience in Operations/Project Co-ordination
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasked assigned
A team player who is proactive with positive attitude
Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
Experience in cleaning service will be an advantage
