Responsibilities

·        Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair game machines.

·        Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs to minimize machine downtime.

·        Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and electronic components, including motors, gears, belts, bearings, sensors and switches.

·        Ensure all game machines are safe and in good working condition.

·        Perform basic IT and network troubleshooting related to game machines.

·        Identify required spare parts and coordinate with the internal team for machine repair and maintenance needs.

Requirements

·        Strong technical and hands-on skills in troubleshooting and repairing game machines or similar equipment.

·        Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.

·        Basic IT and networking knowledge, including IP addresses, modems, routers and network cabling.

·        Able to communicate in simple English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

·        Good problem-solving and communication skills.

·        Willing to work on weekends, evenings and public holidays when required.

·        Previous experience in arcade machines, amusement equipment, machinery maintenance or a similar technical role is preferred.
