Meraque Group is seeking a skilled and innovative IT Executive to oversee the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Apps, and Power BI to design, implement, and maintain systems that enhance operational efficiency. This role includes troubleshooting, system administration, and collaborating with departments to develop IT workflows and solutions tailored to their needs. The IT Executive will also be responsible for IT asset management and vendor relations.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Infrastructure Management
- Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
- Manage and monitor the Meraque Operation System, ensuring smooth operation and performance.
Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Expertise
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Design and develop custom solutions using Power Apps to automate workflows and improve productivity.
- Utilize Power BI to create insightful dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.
Troubleshooting and Support
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues across the organization.
- Provide technical support and training to employees to maximize the use of IT tools.
System Administration
- Manage servers, user accounts, access controls, and system updates.
- Implement robust security measures to protect the company’s IT systems and data.
Department Collaboration
- Work with various departments to understand their challenges and develop tailored IT workflows and solutions.
- Drive the adoption of technology tools to streamline day-to-day operations.
IT Asset and Vendor Management
- Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software.
- Manage vendor relationships for procurement, maintenance, and service agreements.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Regularly monitor IT systems, generate performance reports, and recommend improvements.
- Keep stakeholders informed of IT initiatives and developments.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years in IT infrastructure management, system administration, or related roles.
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and its integration with Power Platform tools.
- Experience in designing Power Apps solutions and creating interactive Power BI dashboards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
