Salary: $1,800 to $2,000 basic

- Working hours: 5 Day Week, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and serving of refreshments for meetings and events
• Handle basic cleaning tasks (vacuum, wiping working desks, counters, clearing trash)
• Provide friendly and courteous service throughout the office
• Support daily administrative matters.
• Clear, clean, and restore meeting rooms after meetings.
• Monitor pantry inventory, replenish supplies, and report stock shortages when necessary.
• Wash cups, utensils, and pantry equipment, and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office area, pantry and kitchen areas
• Monitor and replenish pantry supplies (e.g. snacks, sugar, cups)
